The falafel wrap was pretty good. But the chicken shawarma was just marinated chicken that was overcooked and rubbery. There wasn't anything else, in it. Maybe by asking for no pickles he heard hold everything. Don't know. It was a fine convenience store, but I'm not convinced about the food

I am from Atlanta and visit my friend in Wilmington 2-3 times a year. When I visit we are always looking for great restaurants that we haven't tried before. So this was our 1st time eating at this restaurant. This place is tucked around behind a convenience store, but as others have said that's just geography. They have a few indoor seats, but we chose to sit on the outside deck at a wooden picnic table. The inside is quite small and the walls are cinderblock and painted grey. That's my only reason for taking off 1 star on the Atmosphere(maybe a fresh color on the walls would be nice🤷🏼‍♀️) However, They have some of the best Mediterranean Food that I have ever eaten! I ordered the Falafel Bowl and it was fantastic!! These were the freshest falafel that I have ever had, served over fantastic coconut rice with other flavors that I can't quite determine except to say that it's yellow so maybe turmeric or saffron🤷🏼‍♀️. I am a purest so for me the hummus was perfect😘 It tasted very fresh. It was creamy and I could taste the Tahini which I loved. Most hummus for me is way over seasoned and it loses it's natural essence, but not this one. There was a red cabbage slaw of some kind that was

We had the lamb gyro and lamb platter. It was terrific and we will return. We enjoy the Greek festival and this lamb was better. Can't wait to come back and try the other menu options. $18 entree but it was good portions. Next time I'll bring a drink and avoid the fountain drink.

I’ve been here several times to get the Dubai chocolate strawberries, and they’re the best you can find in town. The restaurant has been clean every time I’ve visited, and the customer service is always friendly. A couple things have really stood out from my visits. The first time I went, they were about to close and already had a premade Dubai chocolate strawberry cup ready, but they still made me a fresh one willingly, because they wanted to. Another time they generously loaded my cup with pistachio filling and strawberries. The kataifi is cooked on site and always tastes super fresh, and the strawberries are consistently high quality. I haven’t tried the savory items yet, but their gyros and hummus look great, and I noticed they have good lunch and kids’ options that I’m excited to try in the future. If you’re craving Dubai chocolate, you definitely have to try this place.

I had work in Wilmington and drove down from Raleigh. I honestly feel lucky that I ended up trying this place. Please we need more restaurants like this in North Carolina. I’ve visited 19 different countries and tried countless restaurants, and I don’t say this lightly… through your food, I didn’t need to travel. I traveled through your dishes. Every bite felt authentic, full of flavor, and made with real care. You can taste the quality and passion in the food. It’s rare to find a place that truly delivers like this. I just wish I lived closer so I could eat here all the time. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll be telling everyone about you. A special thanks to the lady who treated us and the other customers she was absolutely amazing ❤️
